Between March 29 and April 23, the inexpensive airline IndiGo will launch more than 30 new routes from the Navi Mumbai International Airport, the company announced on Sunday.
The airline will link the airport to locations such as Agra, Ayodhya, Bagdogra, Belgaum, Chandigarh, Diu, Kannur, Kolkata, Patna, Rajkot, Srinagar, Varanasi, Visakhapatnam, and more.
This will give IndiGo over 400 weekly departures from Navi Mumbai, providing travelers with convenient travel alternatives and improved regional connectivity to and from various areas of the nation.
Adani Airports Holdings Limited (AAHL), a division of Adani Enterprises Limited, is in charge of the airport’s construction and operations. The project has been completed in record time and is one of the largest greenfield airport projects in India.
The airline has also started two daily, direct flights between Bhavnagar and Navi Mumbai on Sunday, improving connectivity in Gujarat.
IndiGo uses its ATR aircraft to fly this route, giving passengers a dependable and convenient transportation option between the two cities.
IndiGo introduced direct flights to Jamnagar earlier this month, beginning on April 23, 2026.
With these additions, IndiGo will run more than 1,400 weekly flights to and from this bustling and top industrialized state, serving six cities in Gujarat, including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, and Jamnagar.
IndiGo, the largest private airport operator in the nation, and Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) earlier this month revealed a strategic alliance that allows IndiGo BluChip members to earn on duty-free purchases at airports under AAHL management.
As part of the partnership, members may get five IndiGo BluChips for every Rs 100 they spend on duty-free items that are pre-booked via the Adani platform. “Travellers may browse, reserve, and pay for items online before departure and pick up their purchases easily at the airport,” said a statement.
By integrating digital discovery, pre-order convenience, and smooth pickup via the Adani platform, the airport operator is changing the way travelers shop at airports, according to Suchit Bansal, CEO of AAHL’s non-Aero segment.
